what i can write about us...

If I could write our love
it would be a poem that never ends
with every line rhymed to perfection
and each word would shine like gems

If I could write our love
it would be with permanent ink
something that could never smear
even if to the bottom of the ocean it did sink

If I could write our love
to show the romance our relationship that was sent from above
it would be typed in the cursive of French Script
and the paper would be white, pure and crisp as a dove

If I could write our love
it would be a great piece of art
it would be kept away from everything
so it could never be torn apart

If I could write our love
I would be the proudest author alive
I would publish the poem right away
with you right by my side

But never could I write our love
for it's the most indescribable thing and there's nothing better
and where do I end a poem
with a topic that goes on forever..
